These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dn99 ("dn99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dn99 website at dn99.asia and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. By registering an account with dn99, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the dn99 platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the dn99 website, services, games, sportsbook, and all associated software and infrastructure accessible via dn99.asia.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created by you on the dn99 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated balance held within your dn99 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit funds credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dn99 Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party; and (d) the funds you deposit are not derived from any illegal activity. dn99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the foregoing representations at any time.

These Terms apply to all users of dn99, regardless of the country or territory from which they access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dn99 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on dn99, you must register an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, preferred username, and date of birth. Each individual may hold only one Account on the dn99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

dn99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Accounts registered using false, inaccurate, or third-party identity information will be suspended and any funds held in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

Players must be 21 years of age or older to register. dn99 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request certified copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) to confirm a player's age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. dn99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official dn99 Login page at dn99.asia. You must notify dn99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

dn99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are compromised — and prior to you notifying dn99 support — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account transactions on dn99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. dn99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your Account.
• dn99 may request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• dn99 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of security or compliance checks.

Standard withdrawal processing times to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically within five minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the dn99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant betting market or game. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable rules and accept the displayed odds or game mechanics at the time of your wager. dn99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at its discretion.

For live sportsbook markets, odds are updated continuously and in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the dn99 system, the stated odds are locked and cannot be amended. dn99 is not responsible for network latency or display issues that may cause you to perceive odds as different from those at which your bet was accepted.

All casino and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

7. Cancellation and Voids

Bets may be declared void by dn99 in the following circumstances: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without resumption within the applicable settlement window; (b) odds were published in manifest error (a "palpable error") substantially deviating from fair market value; (c) there is credible evidence of match fixing or event manipulation; or (d) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered to the Player.

In the event of a void, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. dn99's determination of void circumstances is final and binding.

8. Promotions and Bonuses

All promotions and bonuses offered by dn99 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all dn99 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonuses not met within this period expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• dn99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts where the Player has commenced wagering activity.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds at minimal risk, or providing false registration information to claim offers — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and derived winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dn99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or access the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors beyond what would be considered reasonable use, and failing to report such errors to dn99 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dn99 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dn99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the dn99 brand name and mark — is the property of dn99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dn99 content without express prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dn99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if dn99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dn99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their dn99 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dn99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and circumstances beyond dn99's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. dn99 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

12. Responsible Gaming

dn99 is committed to responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly for users who are 21 years of age or older. dn99 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a pre-set session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for a defined cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

13. Termination

dn99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if dn99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited subject to the outcome of dn99's investigation.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting dn99 customer support. Any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14. Amendments

dn99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the dn99 Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where required to take immediate effect by regulatory obligation or legal requirement. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn99 holds its operating licence from its international gaming authority regulator.

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact dn99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by dn99's licensing jurisdiction. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be as determined by those rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve the status quo pending the outcome of arbitration.
